Organisational and Brand strategy / Sustainability Strategy / Design and Production
This was a six month engagement that had Brooke and the team working with the Board, CEO and Leadership team to fundamentally ’shift’ the Port from being an infrastructure and asset business to one that is deeply rooted in regeneration and sustainability.
While the Port is still a Port it now has a clear focus on delivering to the United Nations Sustainability Goals. Their focus has shifted from being purely a commercial entity to one that is actively working to reduce environmental impact and increase community engagement while still delivering a ‘fair’ profit.
We curated and lead a team that determined which Goals to focus on, developed policy to ensure goals were achievable (and realistic), developed a clear positioning and brand story through to design of the new logo and visual identity* and application to print and digital collateral and infrastructure assets.
*At the time of this work being done Brooke was a Shareholder and Director at Creature Design. Janelle Rodrigues (Creative Director) and the design team at Creature completed the visual identity.
