CablePrice’s executive management team identified a need to unify disparate teams and encourage the business to get on board to deliver a quality 360˚ service to customers. We created an internal engagement framework and visual language called Traction 360˚.
Galvanising principles and messages went up around offices, workshops and tearooms, nationally, along with rolling out fresh engagement collateral. The programme has introduced fresh energy, is breaking down silos and has instilled a more collaborative and proactive behaviour – and customer focus – company-wide.
